working principle
Ribbon mixer is mainly composed of a U-shaped container, screw belt stirring blades, and transmission components.
The core working principle is as follows:
Structural design: The U-shaped long cylinder structure of the screw belt mixer ensures small resistance movement of materials(powder, semi fluid) inside the cylinder. Spiral shaped blades are generally made into double or triple layers, with the outer spiral collecting materials from both sides to the center, and the inner spiral conveying materials from the center to both sides,creating a low-power and high-efficiency mixing environment.
Efficient mixing: Through the design of internal and external spirals, more vortices are formed in the flow of materials,
accelerating the mixing speed and improving the mixing efficiency.
Multiple configurations: Heating or cooling jackets can be configured as needed, suitable for different process requirements.
Simple structure: The small-sized mixer adopts a reducer direct connection method, which is simple in structure, highly reliable in operation, and easy to maintain.
